    Love how simple this is. Fill the tub 3/4 of the way with water, add the tablets, let it aggitate for 5-10 minutes to dissolve the tablets (2 for a top load washer like mine) and then let it sit. I just got done with my first set, and wiped down the inside. It smells clean and looks brand new again!! (I dont think ive ever used a product before that actually made the washer smell good and come 100 percent clean!!) Will purchase again when Im low!!

    I received a free package of these tablets when I purchased my washer about 3 years ago but never used them. Recently the washer began to have a musty or moldy smell so I finally did what I should have been doing since the beginning and used them – all 3, in succession. The good news is that the musty smell was gone the next day, the bad news, I had used up my free sample. I visited this store and found this package of 15 which amounted to less than $1 per cleaning cycle and purchased it. The washer manufacturer recommends treating the washer once a month so I now have over a years supply and from this point forward I’m going to follow their recommendations and use them.Update – when I searched for Affresh these popped up with about 100 other products and I mistakenly ordered these thinking they were Affresh – they are not. I haven’t tried these yet though the manufacturer recommends 2 tablets per cleaning rather than 1 for the other brand. These also were not the ones recommended by the washer manufacturer so hopefully they will work as well as the Affresh did.

    We use well water that is high in iron. That can leave a musky smell after laundering. This stuff cleaned it up. Smell gone. Great vendor shipped fast, will use this vendor next time needed.

    We have an LG front loader about 8 years old. Over the years if it got to smelling a bit funky I would clean around the gasket and run the self clean cycle. Lately though I noticed the bath towels having that same smell even after washing and drying. Nothing got rid of the smell . I read other users comments but settled on the true fresh mostly because of the number of tablets and cost. Followed directions and put the tabs in on the self clean cycle. I thought I would probably have to repeat the cleaning to get all the stink out, but happy to say once did the trick! No smell! Followed another reviewers suggestion and toweled down the inside to remove any residue. Sparkling clean! It has been several weeks and the musky odor has not returned. Wish I had done it sooner.

    This is my first time cleaning our 2 year old washing machine as I’ve noticed lately how clothes aren’t smelling as fresh. I was going to buy the Afresh brand but saw this instead. I’ve included pictures of the box it came in and its directions on the box and from a small pamphlet inside the box. I just tossed two tablets in my top loading Whirlpool machine. I didn’t have to do anything else. I just pressed on “Clean Washer” option. Apparently it will take 1 hour and 16 minutes. I will see how this one goes as most of what I read (even with the instructions from these tablets) says to let it sit/soak for a couple of hours.As for the smell, our laundry is tiny even with 3200sqft home. One person barely fits, there is a strong odor but it’s a pleasant smell. I had to walk out of the laundry because it was too much for me, but keep in mind I have a very sensitive nose lol.

    It works very well for my washing machine. You only need switch tub clean like others, but not as clean as Tide. I use it twice, it comes with some dust and hard to cleanUpdate— well, after several times use, it bring the results. With the price wisely, nothing to complain

    The recommended instructions didn’t work. Too much water. The odor was still there.I used a more concentrated mix. I filled machine to lowest water level with 2 tablets. The odor has been gone for a month.

    As the description says, it does its job. I just don’t understand why they package the tabs in boxes of 15, but you’re supposed to use 2 every time. I guess it’s one way to make sure we keep buying their product.

    Works well so far. It cleaned my washer. I do regular washer cleanings and I’m always open to try anything else that might make my mom job easier and save a little money. This product (True Fresh) seemed a lot cheaper for more product, but you have to use TWO (or more) of these tablets, as opposed to the competitor (Affresh) that uses just ONE tablet. As far as cost savings for me it’s like $1.83 (Affresh) to $1.66 (True Fresh) per washer cleaning. It’s not that huge difference. I’d use either or. Whichever’s cheapest at the time. They both work!
